Returns and Exchanges

We would be happy to help you with your return. Please inspect your item when you receive it as we will not accept returns after they have been washed or worn, or after the 30 day window. All returns and exchanges incur an $8 handling fee. Returns and Store Credits will not include the original shipping charges. Once we receive the item back to our facility and have ensured it meets the return criteria, your return/exchange will be processed. Shipping will provided by Boosé. 

Return Criteria:

  • In original condition (unwashed/unworn)
  • With original packaging
  • Purchased within last 30 days

Return Options: 

  • Exchange your item, shipping will be provided by Boosé
  • Store credit 
  • Original payment method

Note that all Sale Items are not eligible for return, only exchanges. Store credit and returns will not include the original shipping charges.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed and transferred to USPS within 3 business days (though we ask for up to 5 business days during large sales and new product launches). Please make sure the address is correct as an incorrect address may significantly delay your order. 

BOOSÉ provides tracking on all orders through USPS.com. 

We currently do not sell outside the United States.
